By veteran artist Steve Sklepic. Steve has been tattooing since 2007. In his near two decade career, He has seen many changes within the industry. Not all of them for the better.
With the rise of social media came a shift in approach amongst many artists. The tattoo industry finds itself increasingly driven by output, clout-chasing and social media fuelled attention seeking.
Esoteric was established in hopes to return to the foundation of what makes tattooing a unique and sometimes life altering art form:

At Esoteric we do things a bit differently. You'll notice that our website doesn't feature an exhaustive portfolio of our works, but rather a small sampling. Nor do we have a phone number. Instead, we invite clients to browse further works from the artist of their choice, And to contact them directly. Either through Email or Instagram Direct Message. No convoluted process. No "front end" staff to get through. Just you and your artist working together to make your tattoo dreams a reality.
